Proper project management is essential to delivering your custom home or remodel on time and on budget. Korman Builders, LLC has a complete project plan and timeline for every home we build, remodel or add to and we will share it with you when we begin your project.
We have developed a team of first rate contractors, many who are members of the local NAHB chapter and have been with us for many years.
From concept to completion, we help guide our clients through the building process. We give the client time to make material and color choices in accordance with a sequence list that indicates when these choices are due.
Due to constant education, training and vendor updates, we can offer the newest products and the latest building technologies.
